Title: Mechanical / Marine Engineer

Location: Ismailia, Egypt 

EGY EU is seeking a newly graduated Mechanical / Marine Engineer to join our dynamic team.  

Job Summary: This hybrid role involves both on-site and office activities. On-site, you will perform service and commissioning activities for mechanical and marine systems. In the office, you will provide technical and sales support, as well as calibration of measurement instrumentation. 

Your role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships by representing the company professionally and being readily available to address inquiries within your expertise. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and demonstrating proficiency in resolving technical issues, you contribute significantly to the company’s reputation and ensure a positive customer experience. 

Your dedication to excellence in service and commitment to efficiently resolving customer concerns are essential to fulfilling your overall objectives effectively. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Perform inspection / services activities precisely according to instructions from business partners.  
• Install new equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality. 
• Provide technical advice and support to clients and end-users. 
• Develop / implement maintenance procedures and safety protocols when required. 
• Provide on site activity reports. 
• Contact and coordinate required action with the technical office to resolve technical tasks. 

Qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Excellent written and spoken English skills. 
• Adaptability to international travel and engagement. 
• Self-motivation and result driven. 
• Positive and collaborative attitude. 
• Clear communication skills. 
• Ability to follow company policies strictly. 
• Feeling the responsibility and capable to work independently and in a team. 
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / marine engineering. 
• Experience 0-2 Years.

Working hours 
40 hours NET/Week. Office hours from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 Pm.
