Title: Electrical Engineer/Technician

EgyEu is looking for fresh graduated Electrical Engineer/Technician to join our team and mission.

Position’s overall objectives:

Is a hybrid role where aim is to deliver comprehensive assistance in assembly, servicing, diagnostics, repair, , commissioning and technical support. Your role is crucial in keeping top-notch relationships with customers by representing the company professionally and being readily available to address any inquiries within your expertise and area of responsibility. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and proving your proficiency in resolving technical issues, you contribute significantly to the company’s reputation and ensure a positive customer experience. Your dedication to excellence in service and commitment to resolving customer concerns efficiently are essential in fulfilling your overall objective effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support internally and technical support to external stakeholders during the life cycle of products and solutions.
• Perform assembly, installation, repairs according to the maker protocols.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with job performance & through positive interactions with customers.
• Prepare technical reports and notes during field jobs.
• Contact and coordinate required action with the back office to resolve technical tasks.

Qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power).
• Experience 0-2 Years.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Adaptability to international travel and engagement.
• Self-motivation and goal-orientation.
• Positive and collaborative attitude.

Working hours
You are expected to work from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
